Canadian Geographic celebrates and commemorates significant historical events and people in the country’s history with a series of articles called Commemorate Canada, funded by the Government of Canada. Can Geo Education has created a Can Geo in the Classroom lesson plan to accompany each of these articles to engage students in learning about these significant moments and people in the country’s history.
